Firm profile
McInerney Saunders is a firm of Chartered Accountants with offices in Swords in north County Dublin, adjacent to Dublin's international airport, which is part of the adminstrative area of Dublin Fingal. The firm commenced offering accountancy and taxation services to business and not-for-profit clients in 1980. Currently we are comprised of six partners, qualified accountants and taxation practitioners, together with dedicated management support outsource personnel and secretarial support staff.
Our firm's philosophy is to develop and maintain close working relationships with clients. We therefore place great importance in being available at staff, associate and partner level, to meet with clients when required and also to respond in a timely fashion to correspondence, telephone and email contact.
The firm is the overseas associate member for Ireland of The UK 200 Group of Chartered Accountants that comprises approx. 140 firms throughout the U.K. and we have close relations with many of these. In addition the firm is the Irish member of IAPA (International Association of Practising Accountants) comprising approx. 100 firms throughout the world.
Our People
The firm is managed by the partners, Gerry McInerney, Cathal Saunders, Owen Sheehy,Susan McKittrick, Neal Morrison and Donagh Waters. There are approx. 30 other members of the team who are qualified in the different disciplines related to the services that we provide.
Overview of client base
The client profile is predominantly commercial however we also provide services to a significant number of not-for-profit organisations. Our clients are equally distributed between north and south Dublin and surrounding areas. We have the capability to service assignments anywhere in the country.
Due to our international connections we also provide a broad range of services to foreign businesses that either have or are contemplating having operations in Ireland.
Our location
Our office is located at 38 Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin which is within easy access of the centre of Dublin city and which is also easily accessed from the intersection of the M1 & M50 motorways and from Dublin Airport.
